I have been working for Pro Gen for nearly 1 year now and it’s the my first full time position. I joined to break my comfort zones and learn more about sales and entrepreneurship! From my first day the team made me feel very welcome and gave me massive amount of support to get my career going.
After I hit my first promotion I was learning more on a management course where I developed my skill set even further! Team environment, money, learning and self development is what Pro Gen has to offer, for anyone who is interested in for an opportunity to really progress 100% would give Pro Gen a go!

I would 100% recommend this company. I've been working here for about 4 months now and I'm really enjoying everything about it. I'm making more money than I have done previously because they pay is uncapped. I have become much more confident since working here and I am now running my own small team having joined the management course ran here. If you are looking to be rewarded for hard work this is the place.

I’ve been with the business for over 3 years now and it’s taught so much about sales and entrepreneurship but most importantly self development. I first joined because I loved the people and that all the progression was based on merit which massively appealed to me. Once I hit my first promotion, I advanced onto a management course where I was taught how to manage a small team and now a large team. From day 1, the same person has taught me everyday and I have watched him progress from middle management to Director. I was asked to move with him to help open the new Birmingham office. This experience in Birmingham has definitely been career changing. I’ve been part of a team to build a business from scratch to what it is today. Anyone looking to for an opportunity to learn new skills, self development and being part of a great team, I’d definitely recommend you giving Progen a go.

My daughter works with Pro Gen. As a parent it's wonderful to see how much she enjoys going to work. She's had two promotions in such a short space of time and seems to have grown into a well rounded person with strong morals and future ambitions. Wonderful to see her thriving.

I have been with Pro-Gen for over a year now.
The main reason I joined was because of the team environment. Seeing so many positive people all day has such an impact on yourself. All the team genuinely care for you and everyone just wants to see each other do well so I've always found help whenever I've needed it.
I'm now on a management course being taught the foundations to a successful career by the managing director himself. Not only am I developing my skills but also my mentality. If you're looking for a fun and welcoming environment where you also get to learn and make money it's the place to be.

Applied for job online, met team manager really nice lad, invited back to spend a little bit of time with the team which I did. Enjoyed it and was offered a trial, money was good, liked the approach to customers, all done right.

I have been working at Progen for over 18 months and in that time I have been promoted twice. I come from an engineering background and had never set foot in a sales Business before Progen. From day one I received 1 to 1 training from the director of the company, they have helped me break one comfort zone after another, l leading to me massively developing In and outside the business. I'm currently on a management course where I'm taught how to teach train and manage a sales team. We're learning from people at the top of their respective field so I know I'm developing with the right foundations for a long term career. If anyone is looking for an enviroment where they can develop themselves, have career progression, fun and an amazing team definitely give Progen a Shout. If you have any questions for the team they have an open door policy where you can pay them a visit. Feel free to ask for me, Latif.

I did the interview process, and in fairly certain id of gotten the job had i returned to the office. Its not for me, this work is not for me which i discussed with them. The receptionist is wonderful, and the team members i saw and talked to were energetic and ready to go. Given it three as, i have no reason to give more or less.
