I joined Astute back in 2019 I had worked one sales job prior and the level of training and management I received was outstanding from the team. I was quickly made to feel part of a team and build relationships with co workers which helped massively with my confidence as it would with a new starter. I have since progressed up the levels from level 1 to level 4 and have had an amazing time here. We have incentives that engage employees and excite you to come to work everyday which is just what you need in this sort of business. if you are looking to start sales or have plenty of experience it doesn't matter Astute is the place to be for all experienced people to progress and make money !

While remaining reserved for the first 4 weeks, the role and the people of this company have grew on me. The role is challenging but the support is there, the management are great people. A thumbs up from me upon my final review, cold calling roles are always going to be tough to start off with when building a pipeline, doubts can set in, but this role is achievable, this goes for any role in b2b cold calling. It can only get better, and the company as a whole have a lot of incentives and get home early opportunities, there is warm data in the mix from time to time so anyone willing to work hard could byild a great career in 6-12 months with these guys. All in all I am happy and would recommend this for anyone looking for a b2b role 👍

You are given plenty of training about products, techniques to help you succeed and get plenty of support from your colleagues and management. I particularly like the go home early incentives - hit your target for the day and off you go! The targets that you are set are achievable and you are given every chance to succeed. A year and a half ago I moved from Manchester to sunny Bournemouth with the hope of a new beginning in a gorgeous location (I was not disappointed, it's stunning!) With limited sales experience and a CV jammed packed with a dolly mixture of random jobs roles such as: Customer Service, Social Media Marketing, and even Music Teaching; I was stumped to where I could apply to work where I'd feel motivated and truly apply myself! I was really lucky, within the first week of being in Bournemouth I bumped into an old school friend who said she'd just started a job at Astute - She boasted about their uncapped commission, achievable promotion structure, their various campaigns which offers seemingly endless companies to sell/book for and tons of training in new and exciting technology. I was sold! I phoned up, had my interview in the same week and started a few days later! I'm not going to pretend it's the easiest job in the world, it's not...If you like £££ then you need to be prepared to be on the ball, not be afraid of the phone, and have the right positive attitude! I started in October 2017 and 5 months later the commission started rolling in with a pay check including a hefty bonus! It's amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it and really work hard! Now money aside, the Managers here are truly amazing, and so are the rest of the staff. Regular incentives each month and nights out to some of the great bars in Bournemouth and even a beach hut that you can hire FOR FREE! (Great for the summer, huh?) As you can see, I've really enjoyed myself here at Astute and will probably be here for many more years to come! If you've liked what I've said and are new starting at Astute then don't be afraid to say "hi" to me, I'll happily be your first friend in the company!

I have worked at Astute on and off since January 2013. Since joining the company I have worked on various different campaigns which require in depth technical training. Astute provide top class training through a range of modules. I started in the business as a Telemarketing Agent and have since progressed to work in the data division where I am now a Business Relationship Manager. I really enjoy working at Astute because they have always been very supportive and whenever I have needed extra training or support they have always delivered. I like the fact that every Friday we are able to nominate a charity of choice and proceeds from our dress down day are then doubled by my MD and then donated to that weeks charity of choice. On top of that we have a competitive salary along with great incentives which encourage employees from all areas of the business to bond and build strong relationships. Lead by entrepreneurial award winning brothers Paul and Shaun Woods the company has grown from a 10 man unit, of which I was proud to be a part of, to 300+ strong and a major player in the telecommunications and marketing sector. This is in no part down to luck but strong leadership from previously mentioned and also sales/ operational Directors Daryl Squires and Paul Edkins. Knowing and understanding the market, identifying customer needs, providing exceptional service and all importantly looking after their staff all attribute to the success of the business. As a post graduate new to the corporate world Astute were fantastic in developing me. Management from the top down was easily approachable during my 8 year plus tenure at the company and instead of ever being met with a telling off you are always guided as to where you may have gone wrong as a way of improving you as an individual both inside and out of work. Having been very let down by false promises by a large local life Insurance company a friend recommended me to apply. I emailed my CV and received a call back within an hour. I was invited for an interview the next day, offered the job the same day and started 2 days later. No jumping through hoops to prove anything just a proper chat with a senior manager. I came in on level 1 and quickly progressed to level 4 within 6 months where I have been for over 2 years. It’s the best money I have ever earnt. It’s not easy though, you have to be prepared to work hard but the rewards are there. There’s lots of incentives like nights out, drinks vouchers and free lunches on top of ‘go home early’. This is my first job in Tele sales, I was optimistic and went in there with an open mind. It took me a little while to finally get it but when I did I very much enjoy it now and the support I got from management was amazing! I got free on the job training which helped alot knowing your product is a massive boost and knowing the right things to say helps massively. The first two weeks training course would be very helpful to anyone looking for this sort of work I would highly recommend astute to anyone seeking a career in sales. They are a professional company and also there are great instentives allways on offer from going home at 1pm and getting paid for the day to going on trips to go go carting there's holidays up for grabs or TVs you name it it proberly could be won.
