Mel & James have been a total joy to work with! Clearly both very knowledgeable in their field, were able to answer all and any questions we had and really helped us take a step back from our work to develop a social media plan to move forward with. Additionally, provided a really insightful session on using analytics which was invaluable and very user-friendly. They both tailored the sessions to our existing knowledge and understanding of social media and analytics and gave us LOADS of great info, suggestions and guidance on how to continue to develop our online presence. Would recommend!

James was fantastic - he helped resolve issues with our ad account and ran excellent training sessions for our team around strategy, content development and ads. 100% recommend.

My team worked with Mel to create a digital strategy for our community development programme recently. Mel was really friendly, supportive & professional and we found the discovery day workshops fun & refreshing. She really understood our work which is reflected in our strategy and we are really happy with the end result! Big thanks Mel

Attended the 'Get Social Media Savvy' course hosted by James. It was an excellent! Very informative and James is a natural teacher. I came away with a much, much better understanding of how to use social media to boost my business. Highly Recommend!

I just attended a session run by James for Brighton and Hove Chamber of Commerce. In two hours he gave us a run down of the psychology behind social media and some key principles for creating our own work. He'd really taken the time to understand the audience and referenced the existing social media of those attending to make it relevant.

Well well well. James is the ultimate magician as I have gone from hating and not understanding what or how to use social media to feeling it is with in my grasp and possibly even quite fun. He has shown me so many helpful tools, was patient and really learnt about my business so he could give great strategy advice too. Thanks Digital Firefly

James and the team at Digital Firefly have played a pivotal role in refining our social media approach. Its very rare to find a team that can back up their strategic approach and thinking with sound and practical implementation. The result they have delivered speaks volumes and I would highly recommend their services. A pleasure to work with

The APCC holds a series of PCC Communicators’ Workshops, where comms professionals can network, share knowledge and hear from guest speakers from the media.
We invited James in his role as Director and training lead at Digital Firefly, to give a social media presentation at our July workshop.
James’s 45min presentation, entitled ‘The psychology of scroll stopping social media’, was highly relevant to the audience; it was professional, engaging, fun and incredibly informative; it included up-to-date stats and figures on what's working in social media now, how to engage followers with scroll-stopping content, and what makes people share and engage with social media content. Engagement and feedback from our PCC communications colleagues was excellent.
