M.Our company has worked with HoHey Marketing almost a year now, besides that I have personally worked with Rafaella and Felipe in a previous role at another organization in Portugal few years ago. They are highly professional talanted people, always providing excellent and timely support to all requirements.
Our recent project is focused on a social media development with engagement strategy of a new european brand in retail area. I have found HoHey incredibly helpful and great to work with. Felipe and Rafaella have extended their team of technical experts very fast to be able to create this project from scratch. They provided excellent recommendations and advice, as well as customer service and influencers' communication to us. HoHey's account manager is very on top of things, always a great communicator, respecting all the deadlines.
HoHey social media management is great experience about suggesting content, posting regularly, monitoring and responding to social media inquiries. They also analyze the statistics to show us what’s happening across the various platforms. We have regular calls/zoom meetings, and they are incredibly personable and have really taken the time to understand our organization, mission, and objectives. They have exceeded our expectations on all fronts. We have met all of our social media engagement targets in six months, thanks to the HoHey team.
