The short time I spent at RedSeven has been filled with a lot of focus on personal development and progression within the business. I enjoyed the flexibility of choosing my working days and being in complete control of earnings. The harder you work, the more you earn - this does not go unnoticed as hard work certainly gets recognised and rewarded. Extensive coaching is provided in the first week and carried on as your weeks go on to build on and refresh your skills. I could go on and on about the job itself but the biggest winner is the infectious working environment and the brilliant team within it. I highly recommend RedSeven, it goes without saying what a fantastic business it is and overall I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the office!

I’ve been working at RedSeven since October 2020, my time here has been filled with lots of development within myself and the business. I enjoy the flexibility of my hours, being able to have time off when I need to. Also being in control of my earnings; the harder I work the more money I earn. As I went from being paid for set amount of hours in the Outlet, to a performance based pay. Through the free coaching provided I was promoted within my second week and now working towards my next promotion! RedSeven do promote a lot of overseas travel as rewards for performance, unfortunately as a result of COVID I’ve not been able to go, but looking forward to when I can! Overall I really enjoy the atmosphere of the office.

Red Seven Marketing.. Where do i start!? The most positive, welcoming, committed, determined, fun, happy and hard working place/people ive ever seen! What a fantastic experience. At first, i had no idea what the job entaled, only the name i started with, 'Brand Ambassador,' and believe it or not, the title made me feel special even though i had no idea what it meant. Anyway, being young and unemployed for some time, i was desperate to work asap, no matter what it was! I was extremely excited as i could tell they were very proffesional. Until I discovered what i had to do. Thats when my social anxiety kicked into overdrive so-to-speak. My job was to remember a pitch and knock on strangers doors and basically, politely, ask them to donate to a charity. Thing is, I am absolutely terrified of people.. When the stranger opened the door my mind went blank, my hands start to sweat, i feel nervous, but im determined and really want to do myself and my boss proud. I didn't manage to get past the intro of my pitch and if i did i would mess up then beat myself up for it. I dont like big crowds, im afraid to make a call or answer a phone call, i will not ask for help just to avoid conversation, i will rarely start a conversation either, im scared to be judged or critisized and feel like the whole world is watching me and i care what they think of me when i shouldnt, i couldnt even go to the bank on my own to quiry something important. Ive always been shy, as a little girl i would hide behind my mums leg. Living with social anxiety.. I wouldnt say its a disorder, i just need to be around people more to improve my people skills, be comfortable around people and not worry too much all the time even about the smallest things. Its tough since its an incredibly social world and human beings are naturally social however im grateful and honoured to have jumped in head first, absolutely ready for any obstacle as usual. I attempted to face my biggest fear and im proud of myself for giving it a try and not giving up for a whole week! I am brave, i am strong, i am thankful Red Seven Marketing. :)
