We asked them to initially build a new website, and I have to say the process was excellent. They used expert graphic designers to design a theme that was custom made for our business. Once the graphic people were finished with the design, their web developers went on to build the website. They again were efficient and really on the ball.
The ongoing marketing they deliver for us has really lifted our presence across search engines. We have climbed the rankings on organic search and local search and the PPC campaigns are delivering great leads.
The social media again is working fantastically for us. they are somehow able to target the segment of potential clients across Wales and SW England, who are our target market. They create great-looking ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, and our brand awareness and sales from social media have really skyrocketed.
What is equally as good we find about working with Caffeine is that their monthly fees are fair and lower than we would have expected, and they are great to work with!
