L. M.Louise recently completed an online Digital Marketing Programme for us. It was an excellently paced series of workshops building each week on what had been learned before. What most impressed me was Louise’s flexibility. If delegates had questions that she felt were better answered with a demonstration she would log into that software and show them their answer. We were on Zoom and there were some connectively issues – which were handled beautifully –demonstrating how to handle misbehaving technology in important meetings – all relevant to our studies. Most impressed. I knew her courses were good face to face but online they were just as good.
