When deciding to open a new office in Edinburgh with the intention of creating a ‘turn-key’ marketing campaign that can be replicated throughout the UK, I spent time meeting and considering various agencies. I chose and would recommend UNIQ to businesses of all sizes to deliver the campaign that meets their strategic goals. What makes UNIQ unique for me was their ability to listen, truly get my market place and think differently in how best to reach out to my prospective customers. They have not tried to use a cookie cutter approach to marketing which so many agencies adopt but instead worked in collaboration with me in delivering a suite of products and materials that work. We can't recommend Uniq enough, we badly wanted to change our website as the existing one wasn't to the standard we wanted. The customer service we received with also their knowledge on top made things so much easier. We'll be the first to admit websites/ social media aren't our forte but they have done a tremendous job. We have now built on this with various other projects to help with the marketing side of things and the results have been excellent. All the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and outstanding at what they do but a special mention to Graeme, Nicola, Ruth and Jacob. Having written my website 15 years ago, it was badly in need of a facelift. Designed for a small computer screen it looked awful not only on mobile, but also on modern desktops with their large screens. Unique took the content and turned it into a modern, mobile-friendly website that scales beautifully no matter what screen size it’s displayed on.
