Lovely place to work, I’ll always enjoy coming to work everyday. I’d like to think everyone will appreciate it here as much as I do. They say there is some good benefits but I didn’t realise there would be as many as there is. You have uncapped commission, cash rewards just for getting sales and beers at the bar. If you love your holidays like me they are very generous with them too!

I've been at Amvoc nearly a year, Its a great atmosphere for people who are target driven and want to make money. You have such a great opportunity for progression almost immediately if you put the work in. I earned bonus within my first 2 months and it was a great bonus! Me & my partner both work here, if it wasn't a good company why would people stick around?
Also being employed at Amvoc I find the negative reviews very rude! not only are they fabricated they just don't make sense, an as an employee of this organisation we take pride in the company we work for, and stand by the values which are great!
Every single person working here is a fabulous asset to the growing Amvoc team, the staff are so easy to get along with, care for each other and make the working environment more fun! We have a very diverse group of people from all backgrounds who experience the same opportunities and make loads of money!!
Management are great too (very understanding & do go above and beyond for employees eg. Extra bonus opportunities to be earned on weekend work, Pizza Friday incentive and also when doing new campaigns some staff get training abroad with all expenses paid!! ) Its a brilliant office vibe if you are serious about commission. SELL SELL SELL! :)

Working for an already huge company, which is expanding daily creates fantastic opportunities for the right individual.
In my first 6 months I have had 2 promotions and 2 pay increases as well as earning regular bonus payments.

I have worked at Amvoc Ltd for nearly a year now and have fully enjoyed my working experience! Coming from a sales background I have worked in several sales environments and Amvoc is definitely in the top 1! Just like any sales company you work towards targets and if you hit them you're significantly rewarded. In 1 month at Amvoc I earned over £3000 in bonus as well as my basic wage making Amvoc the best payer I have worked for! Granted that came because of a lot of hard work and determination so if you're looking for an easy ride it's just not for you! Staff and management know what they're talking about and know what they want. They are an excellent judge of character and present a fair opportunity to everybody who wishes to take it! This is a fantastic place to work, many different accounts so if one is not for you if you are trying your best and management see potential you may be moved to something that better fits, i started on a syndicate account and now I am currently on the home monitoring system account that i love, I take pride in my job and feel passionate about the account, AMVOC has great opportunity to earn some great bonus and everyone is helpful and friendly. Even though i had no sales experience when starting the job coming from a customer service and hospitality background the team were more than helpful. Management can be strict but fair but as long as you try your best, work hard and respect management you should be happy here. AMVOC are very accommodating to additional needs providing colored paper scripts to help those with dyslexia and a click and call system to help coordination issues. very friendly helpful place.
