I've been working here for over 8 years during which time I have witnessed the business go through many positive changes and reforms. There's a strong and friendly team building environment and like most businesses it's the team that makes the business a pleasant place to work.
Most recently we introduced the PRM academy which is Accredited by City & Guilds. It enables employees in the Sales Executive side of the business to obtain accreditations whilst they work and learn on the job which in my opinion is great for the newcomers who want to progress in the market place and build their portfolio either within Golley Slater or elsewhere.
As mentioned above for those who apply themselves they can go far within the company; most of if not all management started in an entry level telesales role including myself and even our MD.
