Lisa came into our business The Mortgage Way and trained myself and all my mortgages advisors the benefits of LinkedIn and social media in general. One thing that was great was that Lisa seemed to know all the Mortgage related buzz words and her content ideas were super focused on our business. We all came away with a fresh approach, lots of ideas and a proper content plan. I "met" Lisa in LinkedIn and after following her for a while and exchanging some comments in each other posts I thought of having a chat with her to know if and how she could helped me. I do like social media and I don't mind posting about my outfits and I tend to be spontaneous with my posts but I do understand the importance of having a structure around social media. Lisa was great in her 1 to 1, I explained that even though I don't mind the social media side, I get stuck when it's time to plan as I don't particularly like the planning side of it. She listened to me and asked questions to make sure she was clear on my pain points. She has come up with a plan, using Trello, of how I can structure my posts based on the various month on the year, any recurrences or important dates to celebrate and talk about. She has also put together images with Canva using my current logo and colours and I love them!! I really needed someone looking at my social media from a different angle and Lisa has been great at it. I would definitely recommend working with her.

Prima Yorkshire Limited worked with Lisa from The Thinking Cap a few years ago before she moved away and were happy when she got back in touch to help us with our Social Media work. Whilst Lisa was away we tried other avenues but without much success as the relationships just didn’t fit. Lisa is an integral part of our Team and she understands our business needs and quickly adapts to ever changing briefs. Lisa has currently been managing our socials now for 3-months and surprisingly after the platforms being dormant, Lisa brought in Leads from the very first month and they have continued into month 3. The leads are just from posting, and engaging, we haven’t had to pay for ads, which is great. Lisa is also very proactive and doesn’t require any ideas on content, she is forward thinking and gets in touch only when she needs to run an idea past us, or requires a product shots, which is ideal for us.

I had previously attended Lisa's Social Media Masterclass so I was confident booking on to her Canva training session. The training was easy to follow and Lisa gave time to respond to questions, it worked well as an online course.
