For me -The best Agency in Leicester. I got a job from the Manager Team Adriana, who found me a job for my health condition, as I have health problems like diabetes, high blood pressure, and such problems with the spine that I can't lift anything. Adriana found me a job 16 hours a week on weekends and I calmly go to work 16 hours a week. Monica and Raichel Staff always help me solve any questions if they arise. it's nice to work in an atmosphere where you are respected. I am grateful to the whole team who are like my family and they are all my friends. today I had to return to work from vacation. It's really easy to find job in A La Carte even in the middle of the season ( summer holidays). People working in this agency know how to do their job properly. There aren't any problems with payments. Staff understand problems of people and are open to talk. Agency have many opportunities for overtimes, which can be nice for some people.

Good agency and connects you to work within 1 day. The only problem is the drivers who takes you and brings you back from work. He is busy talking on phone and forget where the people need to get off.

If you are new in Leicester and looking for a job then this is a good recruitment agency with plenty of jobs all the year round. They are the only agency staff providers to all the 16 factories of Samworth Brothers in Leicester so they have even more jobs than the Job Centre itself. Wages are good. A bit higher than the minimum wage and they always pay you honestly and on time. My wife has worked 3 years for them and never had issues with her salary.
