Had a problem online trying to enrol. Manage to make contact via the private messaging. All very quick, we’re able to reactivate applicator and authorise all within 24 hours. Customer Service excellent.

Great discount card. Has allows me to save quite a bit in the year I have had it. It was well worth the £5 joining fee.
I have encountered one or two issues but the friendly staff on Twitter have always helped me get these resolved quickly.

I need to contact this company, have written but not received a reply and can't find an e mail address or phone number. They supplied my card in my husbands name, presumably because I used his tablet but registered in my name, gave my e mail address, which they use, and sent proof of entitlement in my name. Please respond Blue Light.

Without getting too woke I am think it's appalling that in this modern day that companies still have discriminating policies. Bluelight card is for serving members of the emergency services, armed forces and NHS / healthcare workers. It also issues cards to retired Members of the Police, fire and armed forces. But if you served over 50 years (all of my mother's working life) for the NHS then sorry no card.
edit... Mother now has a blue light card. Retired NHS staff just need to prove their NHS pension. I have raised my score accordingly because to be fair to Blue they did listen and adjusted their policy.

Unfortunately I lost my activation code my fault I know but I emailed BlueLightCard via their official site and had a reply straight away I was very impressed.
They asked me to reply with a picture of my card and they would sort this out as the reply was so prompt I expected the action to be prompt!
This was a few days ago and since I have replied several times and each time I get the same email asking me to send the photo of the card!!
I wouldn’t normally be this impatient as it is not a life and death situation but I am due to travel abroad in the next week and wanted to take advantage of a really good coach deal which would save a lot of money!
I am not impressed as I have paid money and cannot use the card as I want to so this is making the deal NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE !!
I am very frustrated that there is no phone number I have explained by email that I want to use the card imminently but it seems to be of low priority to BlueLightCard!!!
I appreciate you are an online business but it needs to be one that a customer can communicate with why can’t you talk on line with someone at point of contact like many other on line businesses?
Or just a phone number ?
Hope you can sort this out as I am looking forward to the benefits you have promised!

I can honestly say it’s the best £5 I’ve ever spent getting my card of which I have two a military card plus the blue light as I’ve qualified for both cards .
Since getting my cards I’ve had two new cars with savings of £5000 and £3500 respectively not to forget hotels eateries .
I’ve just bought an enamel blue light badge to help promote the cards .
So don’t delay get one today .
