We have worked with Cross Productions for a number of years with Niche and the Niche Awards and turned to them when we needed some help with Digital Strategy. We had a day involving our marketing team and it was really useful to help us pause and have some thinking time but, critically, be guided through our strategy process. It was not only a valuable use of time but also really enjoyable. It's given us fresh energy and focus and I would recommend Cross Productions to friends.

1. A company who could take on my social media but more importantly understood my business The problem I was facing was I just did not have the time or the desire to complete my own social media. I needed a company that set out to understand what I am about and why I am different. After a number of conversations with Jenny Cross, I made the decision to work with Cross Productions. Initially, I was a little nervous about whether Cross Productions would be different due to having spent 3 years trying to get this area of my business right. I was not disappointed. Jenny spent over an hour with me taking me through a discovery meeting so she and one of her team could understand me better. Then I was assigned to Katie, not a team just one person who has set out to get to know my clients and why I am different. Katie has a quarterly face to face meeting with me, contacts me every week with my postings and shows me once a month the following month's plan so I am happy with what is been posted. All my social media is now handled by Katie and Cross Productions. Yes, I do send them lots of material but now I enjoy doing it, the stress has gone from dealing with Social Media. If you have been through the social media pressure and have not found a company that can represent you and be focused on you and your clients I would say give Cross Productions a call I cannot recommend them enough.

Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff who *listen*! As a Marketer it's so vital that the people who come in to help you take the time to really understand the situation and what's going on. Jenny is great at explaining things to marketing people like me AND non-marketing techie type people at the company, she gets everyone on the same page and gives a clear goal, invaluable. Also a HUGE shout out to Evan and Becky, the social media Gurus who took the whole sales team through the proper usage of LinkedIn!

Amazing, Helpful, Friendly and Professional!!! So My business had the absolute privilege of being put in the amazing Niche Magazine, and it was surreal to begin with in all honesty, I met up with Emily Miller via phone call and was nervous and excited at the same time as I hadn’t really done this before so a big step for me to promote my work. When it came to actual interview Emily was brilliant and made it like it was a normal conversation whilst getting all they key information needed for the article and put my nerves to rest instantly. After finishing the interview I was of course chuffed to bits and was looking forward to seeing some form of draft etc before the release went live, but I was blown away how they captured every single key point I mentioned and the layout etc was fantastic I certainly will be hoping again in the future they approach me again and mini warriors again can be in the magazine in the future. And it goes without saying that I would 100% wholeheartedly recommend both Emily and the team at Cross Productions without giving it a second thought, they are amazing and really professional in all they and have the best interest of all business within the Leicester community. Dear Jenny, The problem I was facing was to find time to look after social media but to also do it really well and consistently. Since Cross Productions have taken over this side of the work we feel we are in safe, professional and trusted hands. We feel we now have a trusted and very capable in-house professional team to look after this side of the work. You have taken a great deal of stress away. You have freed up time for me when i have often felt i have no minute to spare and would do anything to gain some time back in the day to do other things that require my attention and focus. You still value my input and im still very much in control of what goes out, but it is great to have you draft, manage and implement all of this. All your staff are lovely to work with.
