Ordered some branded Americano coffee mugs 3 weeks prior to an event. Was assured that they would be delivered prior to the event. Sadly, delays occurred and the ETA was going to miss the event. They recognised this issue and a refund was given. Thanks to George's hard work. Would use again but with longer time before the events. The other products that did arrive in time were definitely a cut above the rest of other companies swag. Thanks

Our company has been a happy customer since 2014 for all things staff / marketing / customer / partner merchandise needs. Even if there might have been an issue a couple of times in 6 years, the team was always quick to react and resolve. Easy communication is great for us and the produced material was always amazing, from your standard pen with a logo, to good quality print t-shirts and gifts for our VIPs. I have been in contact with Bounce Creative Designs Ltd for over 2 years now and I have been nothing but impressed with the excellent customer service and goods (both larger and smaller orders) received throughout. All products have been designed and made to a high level and always delivered on time or earlier than first expected. Several times I have had to alter certain elements very last minute and this has always been accommodated without any trouble at all so thank you! In the past couple of weeks I had to place an urgent order for client Christmas cards and despite the production deadline having already passed, Bounce Creative Designs very kindly made an exception and did everything they could to ensure I wouldn’t miss out which I am very grateful for. I received the full order within a week – if that’s not customer service I don’t know what is! I have met the team personally to see their creations first hand, I was so impressed with their vast range of products and very competitive prices. They even kindly let me keep some of their previous work examples so I could show my team. We will certainly be ordering again in the very near future!

We recently ordered a large bulk of branded phone chargers for a large distribution of goody bags in London. From start to finish the service was absolutely excellent, we received a prototype before ordering and then received the full bulk of chargers within a couple of weeks. Particular thanks to Abi who assisted us from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble (including late emails on Fridays and changing our delivery addresses several times!). The service was such that we ordered another two large bulks from Bounce Creative Designs.
