It took me over 4 months to decide on the website company that would be the best suited for designing my website. Shaz and his team delivered a very good bespoke website for me. Other than the usual questions, I kindly asked to see examples of their previous work both in office and remotely. The best at what they do and I do not say that lightly. I cannot express how good this company is at understanding what you need and how best to achieve it. We had only developed our website a couple years ago by another agency and although it was pretty and pleasing on the eye, the website didn’t work at converting viewers into enquiries. We were naïve and got locked down into their system and we were paying for SEO that just didn’t work. We felt unsupported, tied down and ripped off. Not wanting to make the same mistake again I did thorough research for the best dental marketing agency in the UK, from colleagues, reviews and dental forum’s the name Digimax kept coming up, so I gave them a try along with a couple others. What impressed me was their honesty and knowing what would work and what wouldn’t and unlike the other companies’ whom all insisted they could do SEO better for us, Digimax declined the business as they told us any amount of SEO on our website wouldn’t give us the results we were after with a thorough explanation on why. I took a few days to see if what they told me checks out and I soon came to the same realization that the only realistic option for what we wanted to achieve was as Digimax suggested - to start again. Shaz was sympathetic to our case as we had been given poor service by another agency, he tried to find a solution for us that would work and would be cost effective and we ended up developing a new website using content from our existing site but focusing the site on conversion. The site Shaz and the team developed after understanding our unique dental practice and set up was inspiring. The team were easy to work with and we always felt supported. Even when we had some big changes at the practice midway through the build, Digimax were always a source of support, they went above and beyond to incorporate the knock-on changes this had to the website and as they code each website uniquely, I can appreciate how much time and effort this must have took. We have completed the build and launched the new site which was quick and easy, the training on how to make small changes ourselves on the website was insightful and straight forward and we have just started SEO with Digimax. They are so confident of the results over time that they don’t even tie you down to a SEO contract, unlike many competitors. Finding Digimax was a blessing as not only did they deliver to us a cutting edge, beautiful website, a perfect fit for our private dental practice but they also went a lot further with their support and guidance.
