In the world of Software & technology things move on very quickly. We invited Steve to our showroom premises, it had been 4 or 5 years since his team had built our original site, we briefed Steve with our needs which were 2 fold. Phase 1 was to upgrade our original site so that it was optimised for viewing on mobile and tablet devices. We felt this vitally important as we have discovered that these days 48% of our online views are on portable machines with this number growing and views on desktop machines declining. This part of the job had to be a priority and time critical with our busiest time of the year all but on us. Phase 2, to develop a brand new additional site for us to showcase the Bespoke Sport Medal design and production part of our business. As ever we were very picky about the overall appearance and content of both sites. Steve fully understood the brief and accomplished phase 1 giving us a swish appearance and responsive feel to our original site, with updated content. To meet our pressing deadline Fat Cow Media more than went the “extra mile” by working well outside standard office hours. Phase 2 was perhaps even more of a challenge! Starting with a blank canvas Steve was given carte blanche freedom to come up with an ultra-modern looking site that contained a large amount of written information and photo examples of our bespoke sport medal work and services. Not only did it have to look magnificent but it had to be succinct and functional. It also had to contain an online quote/order form where our customers could upload images. I resist the temptation to use profanities to describe just how pleased we are with the outcome! Both tasks we set Steve were brilliantly executed in less than 3 weeks! We are absolutely delighted to have chosen FCM again as our Web Developer. I must confess that we did initially look at alternative providers. Given the now long association with FCM and the quality of their original and new work, I am glad that my instinct was to continue what has become a fantastic working relationship. If you are contemplating web design work don’t hesitate to contact Steve in the first instance for a consultation. We cannot recommend Steve & FCM highly enough.
