Really enjoyable evening, although I did pig out on free chocolates! I had never participated in a focus group before and as is always the case you never know quite what to expect. I thought the whole evening was well managed and as a group we got on excellently and everyone contributed to the discussions. Actually in the current political circumstances it was a positively life affirming experience. I had done some research beforehand and considered what some of the points for discussion might be and I felt that that paid off but I did not feel that that was altogether necessary. So, thank you Vision One Research, everyone I dealt with was thoroughly professional, helpful and empathetic.

My experience with Vision One was excellent. It has been a good while since being apart of a focus group and this experience was lovely. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process, the communication with Raluca from the start was exceptional and the focus group itself was very pleasant! Big thumbs up from me!

The only issues were with the location which the company could not control. The venue was too hot and it made for a less than comfortable experience. But this wasn’t the company’s fault and we all made the best of it. All the rest of the experience from start to finish was excellent.

Surprisingly enjoyable! Useful to hear such varied opinions on the Covid 19 pandemic, mostly relating to the effects on residents and business owners. Attendees from several different walks of life from new student to a business owner in his 60's (me!), their attitudes to the rules, and the various Govt dept responses usefulness or otherwise. A 90 mins well spent. Would be 5 stars but both coffee machines in Woolwich Centre were broken haha! (A sign of the times?)

I received a generous payment for my efforts in just two days. The meeting itself was friendly and informal and I was made to feel that my input was appreciated. This is not a market research company that you want to avoid like many others. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience doing some research on personal finance. Before the session, the logistics were handled extremely well, and the session was superb. Victoria Woods was a very good moderator and the entire session went very smooth and was very interesting and engaging.
