Worked for Alba Marketing for a few months now, When I started my confidence was low and i wasn't sure if I was the right fit. Alba puts effort into teaching you all the required skills you need to make a successful career for yourself regardless of what level you're at and within a week I had boosted confidence and skill sets that are now usable in all aspects of life going forward. I was looking for a job to learn new skills and improve my English (as I am French). Alba Marketing called me and I started the next week. The team is really good and the working atmosphere was very friendly. When I was working at Alba, I had the opportunity to learn a lot from each other. It was an amazing experience I have built my confidence. I give 3 stars because I think that they can improve a few things into the coaching (explain more how incomes work, give the advantages but also the disadvantages of the job, ...) and the working system. Indeed, I think that this job is not for everyone. Your personality must suit with this position and they do not focus on this aspect. But, I think it's a great experience for anyone who wants to be more confident and to acquire knowledges.
