We had been through 3 other digital agencies prior to Custard, all of which were double the price if not more. Custard are not only the least expensive of all of the agencies we have used, they have delivered exactly what they said they could, and then some. Rose & the team have been able to clearly explain what they have done and why they have done it, gradually transitioning our paid ads so that there was no drop off in revenue from our site, and consistently building success on top. When Custard came to pitch for our SEO account a couple of years ago, I was really impressed with Chris and his team and their no-nonsense approach. They tell it as it is and care passionately about their work and our business. They have a really structured approach to raising work requests with our web developers via a ticketing system, which is great. We don't have an in-house SEO at the moment so Custard have provided lots of support on day-to-day SEO as well as helping us navigate our way through a tricky re-platform project.
