Unfortunately through no fault of Oh So Cherished’s - a book of condolence we ordered was delivered damaged. One call to Bev and a couple of email exchanges later a brand new book was dispatched and arrived just 2 days later.
This is a difficult period and we were devastated when the book arrived damaged but Bev went above and beyond to ensure a new one was sent out quickly and did all of this free of charge.
