I’ve been using Mailing Manager for a few years now. The software and website is very user friendly and cost effective. The best thing about this company though is the great support they offer, Alex in particular has always been friendly, positive and helpful and has always resolved any issues we’ve had to achieve the results we wanted. Some email marketing packages like to over complicate things or tie you in to their way of thinking but we don't have this problem with Mailing Manager. The email templates are clean and well laid out but if you have some knowledge of design and HTML you can easily edit and/or enhance to suit your own needs however the new drag and drop system makes it ridiculously easy to design an email if you don't have that knowledge. One thing I like about Mailing Manager over some of its competitors is the way you can create lists and segments and that one contact is just that - one contact, it doesn't matter how many lists you add them to. The team are quick to respond to queries and have always been helpful.

We have been using Mailing Manager for over 3 years now. Alex is our account manager and is always on hand to help and give advice where possible. The recent updates to the software are great too allowing us to do a lot more with the e-shot templates. The team and service are great, would recommend to other businesses.

I have nothing but praise for Mailing Manager and in particular Adam Ward who has taken hand holding onto another level. I am not much of a techie and so was a little nervous about my first campaign.
