I've worked at Watts Marketing for about 3 months now (started with zero sales experience) and I can honestly say it was one of best decisions I've made to date. I'm now in charge of my own earnings and have gone from a job where I was working over 60hrs a week as a kitchen assistant with hardly any time off and very little money, to working half those hours for double the pay. If your a motivated and driven person this is definitely the job for you! You can literally give yourself a pay rise every week if you want it enough. The team are amazing, very supportive, friendly and fun bunch of people to work with. I definitely wouldn't be where I am without all the help I've been given in my short time here to prosper in this new path I've opted to take. And who doesn't love the idea of a 3 day weekend? Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Not only is it a genuinely fun and challenging place to work, it’s the kind of environment that constantly pushes you to better what you did the day and week before, and if you take to it it turns out your good then the sky really is the limit in terms of earning potential. I found that the more effort you put in, the more money you take home. Everyone, from new starters, to managers and directors are as eager for you to do well as they are and the training, and guidance throughout is second to none. I learnt more about taking control of a call and how to deal with customers than I did in 12 years at my previous job on the phones. I also had a bit of an issue a few weeks ago, not related to work and without me saying a word about it the management and directors picked up on it and were exceptional and I would not have dealt with it so well without there understanding and help. So, In a nutshell, if you can read a script word for word, are able to talk to people on the phone and are prepared to graft then I found that there are all the resources and support for you to really excel and I would recommend anyone who feels up to pushing themselves at maybe something a little different to apply as I doubt anyone could work there and not pick up a thing or two and earn some decent money.

Watts marketing is a warm and welcoming office and I can never thank the company enough for the people I have met and the skills I have learnt. The personal training system allowed my to go from bartender to confident sales agent in a matter of days with a skills and techniques I will use in every walk of life.

I was given 2 weeks in-depth training by the amazing Chris M and based on his training alone (having never come from a sales background) I’m now earning between £400-£600 for just 4 days work.. where else offers that kind of money for them kind of days ? This business is for people who have that firm, authoritive attitude and can do what needs to be done. The manangement is great because you get appreciated and it makes you feel 100x better when you get noticed. Jade kenny and Michael brick who were the trainers need massive respect because they give you their all and there is no daft questions. They really do give you their all but you have to listen and understand what they say is going to help don’t do your own thing. A mention to Chris, great guy really good if you can get a 1 to 1 with him because he does listen and he does have the answers you need but I wish people luck because you have to be resilient and it’s hard it’s no easy job but I have taken what I needed from it and that’s beneficial to my future. Last to mention for me is Garry he’s the man who helps you get confidence and clarity from your mind and he helps you understand how it all works trust me it’ll amaze you how it really opens you up to understanding things better and making things easier.
