After the initial contact with Harry Ainslie in regards to booking CFM, all of our initial questions were answered fully and we were happy to confirm the booking. We were assigned James Campbell as our Sales Manager and he fit into the Panthers Gym Team seamlessly. Far from being a pushy salesperson he is understated and very professional. We worked well together and leads from the gym that were better suited to his membership were passed to him and those who were booked to see him that were more suited to the normal gym membership set up were directed to ourselves. A good number of new members are now enjoying Panthers Gym and the awareness created with CFM’s marketing on Facebook and leaflet drops has been awesome. Panthers Gym is now well known in the area because of the efforts of CFM. Thank you guys…..we would definitely recommend anyone who would like to reach new members that they’d not been able to reach themselves to bring CFM in. Helen

Ardoe House Hotel and Spa engaged CFM marketing to do a membership boost for the Leisure Centre. The uptake and execution was extremely professional, forging a strong relationship between the management and team led by Mike and Rich.It resulted in an improvement of the membership of over 300 and an increase in revenue of over 5K a month. This is the second time CFM have been to Juvenate Health and Fitness in Edinburgh and we are loving it! The marketing and exposure Dan and Conan brought to our Leisure Club is amazing and very effective. The interaction with new customers and also our existing members have been very well making them all feel welcome and comfortable. CFM has run our marketing campaigns for the past 20 years increasing our client base and teaching us how to generate secondary sales. We have also managed the retain a large number of members years after the campaigns by offering further incentives suggested by CFM. CFM offers a great marketing package without any initial costs to the club. They provided us with a team on site selling memberships also telesales and social media. During our years of working with CFM we have had the opportunity to work guys that have proved to put in the hours to get the results they promised.the Knowledge and experience they shared with us and our clients was incredible. On our last campaign Rob and Chris spent 8 weeks At our club they fitted in well with our team of staff. Our clients felt relaxed and confident that they had found the right club for them to join. Great promo with Mike and Chris. Covid and a new budget operator opening on our doorstep had killed our enquiries and crushed numbers. I deliberated for a long time as to whether this was the right route for us- concerns over member pushback on a lower price point and if CFM could deliver on their estimates of increased membership. I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism of the guys and very pleasantly surprised that non of my fears were realised. We’ve seen140 plus new members and got the buzz back in the gym. Beyond that we’ve learned a lot based on what the CFM lads have done to create leads and convert members. We will definitely be repeating some of the marketing used . It’s also proven to us that there is a market for discounted memberships and had given me and the team a new positivity. We will be using CFM again on a yearly basis to top up numbers and increase brand awareness - 2 things they do very very well. Great work Mike and Chris. Until next year 👊🏼
