Too big to look after the small business now I think! Complete waste of my time. Left hanging on the end of the phone whilst the receptionist found out about things. Update..... I have been contacted directly by Tim by both phone and email which has now gone a long way to reassure me about their services. He has taken personal care of me and my concerns and reviewing their processes with a professional approach. However, what I can say is that the quality and usefulness of Wayne Dharana's presentation was simply outstanding. I'm sure that the free version is also good, but if anyone isn't prepared to spend less than £100 to get this level of help and expertise for their business growth is absolutely crazy!
For the Exposure Ninja's to make this offering scalable , I expected the video to include significant slices of canned content applicable to all sites. But no! It was over 30 mins of original recording and screen capture and Wayne did a walk through of our site and one of our competitors. This included a dive into our Google Analytics dashboard to see where visitors were coming from and what opportunities there are for optimisation.
We are currently evaluating whether to move the Flag Bikes web site from Shopify to a different platform, but once this is decided I will be contacting Wayne to explore how the Exposure Ninjas can help with (at least) content marketing and outreach.
