Having worked with TANK now for 3 years, I have to say I can't imagine working with anyone else. Every time I've looked at using another agency for additional digital marketing support, I've found their pitches to be weak when it comes reporting, generalised in terms of strategy and 9 times out of ten you're given an account manager who knows less than you. I love that we are given specialists for each area and they actually know their stuff. Communication is also great - you're also never made to feel as if you're pushing the boundaries of billable hours. They always have time, even for random questions or as a sounding board for ideas. As for results - TANK have consistently delivered excellent press coverage in some really tricky sectors, great SEO improvements, incredibly effective PPC campaigns and in short, they have made my life a great deal easier!
