YES, this response is lengthy but by god you deserve it! Thank you! I began my business in 2011, It was small to start in the early years of big internet traffic and marketing. I found that my business had become stagnant and being ' Old Fashioned' I had no idea what to do. I found Marconi Affiliates on the platform Bark. They reached out to me and what stood out from the rest was how easily an email or a phone call would give you that feeling you were talking to someone who you had known for years. There was 0 effort to try to sweet talk me or pull any wool over my eyes. Honesty appears to be their best policy and its apparent from the get go. The first interaction was with the director, Alexander who gave me a call. Rather than attempt to close what was an easy sale and client on to his books he understood the issue i had described about my company and he offered me a sit down meet. We met at costa and in no uncertain terms I was bricking it, We ordered our coffee, sat down and He opened with the phrase 'right Al, lets help you do some business again'. What i thought and felt was an interview with an individual i would need to save my sinking ship turned out to be a mini consultation about my business, my dreams for it and what we would need to do in order to bring more traffic and engagement. We created a 1, 3 & 6 month target and we sat there and devised our roles. Marconi were not the 1st, 2nd or even 5th company i had entertained to help run and administrate my online growth. Every interaction before had felt like every question and every guarantee was made simply to part me with the funds critical to my business. With Alexander and the team over at Marconi's I felt as though i had found a quasi business partner who is as invested in seeing success as i am. Month 1 target : increase of between 45 - 65 % engagement & an increase of 5- 15% converted sales With this Alexander told me that with growth, comes growing pains and that in Month 1 not to expect the unexpectable. Month 1 achieved: we hit 68% more engagement with the business (social media and website) With the branding advice, the consultancy, and the constant feedback on trends. Month 1 hit an increase of sales converted from Marconi's lead gen to (and it still makes me smile to this day) a HUGE 84% in sales from the month prior. Month 3 target: 150% increase in engagement from the first month and a sales conversion of 35 to 55 % from month 1. Month 3 achieved: In comparison from month 1 to month 3, engagement across all social media and our website had increased by 650%. YES six hundred and fifty percent our sales from month 1 are now 115% up and we are now re-assessing month 6, We both think the target of 300% sales increase from month 1 is now too undervalued. IF you are still reading this, i assume you are considering Marconi's for business, I cannot speak for everyone but what can is the changes to my business. its easy for me to speak highly of them as they are approachable and have become almost family like, however the numbers they are now bringing through my door certainly does speak volumes about their credibility.
