Having worked as an Event Manager with Zest on several campaigns over the last two years, I have only positive experiences to share. Certainly one of the better marketing organisations out there, Zest excel at understanding the needs of those working in the field and any likely issues they will face. The majority of troubleshooting is completed ahead of time, with clear and easy to follow briefs which explain the main points in a succinct straightforward way. Helpfully, more detailed background information is also always provided, along with virtual training sessions, which prepare staff with the highest levels of knowledge and confidence. Zest invest a lot of time and effort in securing high quality staff with an existing knowledge base and crucially, a genuine passion for each campaign's subject matter. This not only makes the event manager's job much easier, it also conveys an innate sense of integrity and ensures a great customer experience is delivered consistently. Pay is fair and paid punctually and the office team are always willing to go above and beyond in order to ensure the campaign runs as well as it possibly can. We approached Zest for a very last minute campaign we wanted to kick off at PizzaExpress for the World Cup. Kate was extremely helpful is getting quotations over to us really quickly and helping to sort staff with only a few working days. All staff turned up on time, ready for the shift and sent through photos of them really embracing the PizzaExpress personality and going for it (despite the weather not being very good!!). Really recommend Zest, the campaign activity went really smoothly and will definitely be happy to use this service again for any future campaigns.

A Staffing agency is only as product "the staff". How the staff are managed is just as important as the product "the staff" itself. Having worked for Zest on numerous occasions I found the staffing agency to be very efficient and professional. Bookings, rates, times and briefs are clear and available on handy portal/app. Payment is timely and detailed on portal/app. Check-in process is robust. The Agency are friendly, making time for their staff. Receiving feedback from clients is a bonus.
