Extremely poor customer service, seemed to be very quick to call when wanting to sell a service but every single time I called whilst my website was being built I NEVER could get hold of anybody - despite phoning, leaving voice mails, emailing at least 2 different people several times. First design of the website was terrible. Second design was quite good though, despite not being able to contact them, hence why the 3 stars!

I am very happy with my website. Adam was really good and sent me a well designed and laid site which was easy to use, we then worked together to make a few small changes. Adams eye for detail was great he added loads of little touches so the website ties in with our work wear logos , vehicle 's sign writing and business cards , etc . Adam has created a really smart, professional, simple to use website. He made any changes I asked for nothing was too much trouble and i am really happy with the out come thanks Adam. On the flip side the sales team could be a bit clearer on cost as the extras soon added up to a lot more than what I was first told, if you can sort that issue out and by the look of it i am not the first person to say it , then it would have definitely been a 5 star review. Overall I am happy with my new website lets hope it now starts working for me to bring in more customers . Thanks New world digital media
