Took out life insurance, expecting voucher email. I must have overlooked my email to do with voucher, called MLP email resent and received voucher, great service.......I was a little worried on reading the reviews, but my experience was positive.

I had to call three times due to self-inflicted problems claiming my Halifax Insurance voucher. The ladies I spoke to dealt the problem in a most professional, patient and friendly manner. Brilliant. Thanks.

MLP working on behalf of Churchill Insurance - an error with a promotion swiftly and professionally resolved by a charming lady called Emily. Still to be finalised, but her manner was appreciated with an issue not really her fault, despite she was representing the offer. Was this Churchill marketing error, who cares at least the phone was answered and the issue is in hand.

Received promotional gift Afternoon Tea for two, which was booked via MLP at Bella Italia in Manchester, as a unique choice as you get pieces of hot pizza slices instead of finger size sandwiches. Unfortunately the pizza reached our table though freshly made were cold. The Code given to us was rejected at till point and we had to pay with embarrassment. However, when I raised the issue with MLP, the officer immediately raised a dissatisfaction complaint, which was dealt with proficiently and I was re-imbursed with the Cost of Tea for two with cheque and also sent another complimentary Booking Tea for two within 7 days..

I contacted mlp because my free gift for taking a test drive had not arrived. They responded quickly stating the gift I had chosen was out of stock. I received my gift shortly after I made contact.

Giving them 4 as the girl dealt with query in a professional manner but would change to 5 if and when my problem gets sorted. Shoukd have received voucher for £70 but only £50 for buying Neff products.
