Since I started working here my communication skills and my view of people changed a lot. I love the diversity in the workplace, everybody is friendly and there to help you, and that is rare in any type of work... The business development program trains you to become a better version of yourself and to be able to work alone and with other people. Every morning I’m excited to go to work, and every day you learn something different. You will never feel bored, and the best thing is that my colleagues are also my friends! We enjoy working together and after work we also have fun together. Most welcoming people ever!

Not because they are usually busy, but also because they show a genuine interest for spending time with the team and getting to know us as individuals outside of work too.
