My experience with trustist so far has been excellent. It’s been a few months now and already my rankings on google have risen due to the reviews I’ve received. You’ll have to put a bit of groundwork in to collect your reviews off your customers. But this is the whole point and it was all explained by trustist. A simple link to your reviews page can be sent to your customers. Where by they have the option to leave you a trustist, google or Facebook review or all 3 ! I’ve collected over 100 reviews from my client base now. So I proudly put the link to my trustist reviews page on every single advert I run. And also display on each page of my website. Bob ran a Google My Business training session for us this afternoon and it was brilliant. He gave a really clear overview of Google My Business, including how to access our profile and how to optimise GMB to help us gain more customers. He also explained why having lots of photos and videos can really help our reach, and took the time to explain how to get reviews and the importance of replying to them. He spoke clearly in a way that was easy to understand, and he was very welcoming and friendly. If you/your business needs more information about Google My Business and getting reviews, then I would highly recommend Bob.
