I don't know about this shop, it's a mix of everything and not as cheap as I expected

Homesense is a luxurious place to be for furniture , kitchen appliances and everything else , it's one of the places in Aberdeen that has almost everything related to home and garden fashion . I definitely recommend it to everyone , don't have to buy just visit and smell the luxurious scent of the candles !

The staff took the Covid guidelines seriously and were very polite while directing customers around the store. I was greeted as soon as I came in by a very friendly young woman who offered me handsanitiser and explained the store layout. So nice to feel safe while shopping with everything going on. Highly recommend!

It's an Aladdin,s cave of good,s furniture kitchen equipment and lots of other lovely things you could spend hours there and be tempted to purchase lots of things you didn't go in for worth a look if you want something different

As always a great mixture of different items that tempt me to buy. Some really wonderful Indian furniture, a good selection of garden ornaments etc that will be be coming home with me for summer, & a wide range of kitchen ware. As someone with no transport & not able to carry much due to mobility issues however it is disappointing that they do not deliver. They were also unable to keep paid for items till the next day so I could get them picked up. Had to get taxi & very helpful driver to assist, which obviously added to the cost. Would buy a lot more from there if reasonably priced delivery could be arranged. But still one of my favourite shops.

I really like this place. I always find a cute small notebook or a lovely smelling candle when I visit. Good stock of home items, pictures, ornaments, candles, kitchen utensils etc. Trust me, you would be hard pushed to come out of this shop empty handed.

Returned faulty glass dish as it had a chunk out of the corner which was covered by cardboard lining for replacement. Counter staff not helpful at all. Told to go upstairs to get a replacement myself, then it was very plain to see by their actions that they thought we had done the damage even calling over the manager to sanction the exchange. Asked why we didn’t notice it prior to purchase, yet the assistant had to ask what was wrong with it when we initially handed it over. Will not be back there again. Hate being accused of fraud.

This place always has so many amazing things. You want to spend when you're in the store. It never disappoints. Been eyeing a stool for.ages and it was reduced to just £26. A bargain 💃🏻💃🏻

I only visited Homesense as a member of staff from TKMaxx directed me there as they didn't have what I was looking for. Apparently it is the sister of TKMaxx dealing mainly in, as the name suggests, the home. I found the staff, and the store manager to be very friendly and helpful. It's not often that you find shop staff willing to go that extra mile for customer's, but it was certainly the case at Homesense in Union Square, Aberdeen. You are all a credit to the company!
