So far so good. Had a good experience with staff, very helpful. Got what we needed. Unfortunately when carpet order arrived there was not enough carpet. Their mistake not ours. Took my husband going into store in Aberdeen to get anything done about it. Salesman was rather rude and unhelpful took a senior to put things right. Sofa delivery was fine although we had to put sofa together. Replacement carpet eventually arrived, then the day it was supposed to be laid, we waited all day until 3:20pm before we got a message saying it was cancelled. Had to wait over weekend to get hold of ScS and then held on phone for almost an hour. Eventually got carpet down. Not impressed with their service! To say the least. Alright when you are buying but aftercare big let down. Won't be going back.

Michael was a great sales man, he was very honest and took the time to explain to us in detail about the product. Any questions we had he explained very well and made sure we understood. He was very knowledgable about the product and really believed in what he was selling. Michael wasn't pushy and made us feel at ease about the decision making of the purchase.Only small fault was the one way system but due to the circumstances it was understandable. Would highly recommend!

Aberdeen SCS Kittybrewster I couldn't recommend Michael enough at Aberdeen Kittybrewster SCS enough for all of his help. I booked for an appointment and he was there to greet us as soon as we walked in, he was courteous, welcoming and such a lovely sales professional. We spent 5 hours in the shop to find the right sofa for my family, he talked and walked us through all the sofas for what was right for us. And the 5 main steps to find the right sofa. He knew what he was talking about and was honest with every sofa we went through and seen, he wasn't pushy, he made us feel at ease. When we made the sale after finding the perfect sofa it was a relief but was all down to Michael. I have already made recommendations to friends and family about Michael at SCS. For buying my first sofa at the right price, with the right sales professional. Glad I made my purchase and can't wait to have my sofa all down too him. Very happy customer.

We went in to check out a sofa that we had seen online and he came across to make sure we were ok - after letting him know exactly what we wanted he was thorough in checking all of our options for payment before sorting out our order. Visited Aberdeen store @ Kittybrewster on 17th July to browse for new sofa. Store was excellent in Covdid-19 setup and explained on arrival by your Alan MacAteer and was left to browse at my leisure with no pressure at all. One sofa took my eye and Alan then stepped in and explained in knowledgeable detail about my choice and the options available on reclining options etc. Decided without pressure to make the purchase and explained delivery route would be tight, Alan advised that delivery would not be a problem as long as they were aware as can be delivered with back off and assembled in my house which put my mind at ease. Overall a very comfortable and professional experience in these strange times - felt setup in store was great as wall the sales service - very knowledgeable and professional at all times with no pressure whatsoever. Couldn't fault anything - roll on the delivery date.

Very good service from Lisa in Aberdeen branch. Explained the easy to follow COVID control measures and then left us to browse. A very pleasant experience, we didn’t feel pressured or got followed around. A pleasant greeting on arrival then someone asked if we needed help, my husband replied with what we was looking for and asked if we could look around ourselves. He told us a little bit then let us wander. Once we found something we liked we started working the price out Derek came back to us and we chatted. We still wanted to look at other stores and he happily let us leave and when we went back 15mins later he happily completely the sale. We are very happy with our experience and look forward to receiving our new suite. Thanks

We were welcomed upon arrival but not hassled by sales people which was a welcome change, we approached the salesman Alan when we required assistance to which he gladly provided. Informative and very helpful. Upon deciding on what we were looking for we then left to check out a competitor, returning half an hour later to make our purchase which was dealt with professionally and friendly. All in all a positive experience and i would not hesitate in reccomending SCS in Aberdeen to a friend.

We had a very positive experience at SCS Aberdeen. The salesman greeted us on entering the store and told us about the different options available for buying a new sofa, as well as pointing out the one way system in store. He left us to look around and try out couches but when we had questions, he was available to answer them. He was fantastic with my 7 year old step-daughter, encouraging her to try out chairs etc like she would at home. When I couldnt decide between 2 suites, he made me think about why i liked each one, and consider practicalities of having 2 children (with one still to go through weaning etc). I felt completely at ease and supported in making our final decision. I would thoroughly reccomend a visit!

Customer service was excellent, very attentive when required. Did not feel pressurised on making a decision there & then. Excellent selection of sofas available in store to look at & test at your own leisure. Modify your sofa to suit which is incredible.

Staff were helpful and friendly but I was wanting to order laminate flooring and there was a £60 delivery charge. Not able to remove charge if I could pick up from store so it made the flooring far too expensive for what it was.

Carpets are great and bought some and they do it all for you. But furniture is rather dated. We'll I have to update this I came home from work today to find a new carpet on the staircase. Brilliant. But it's the wrong carpet. Wrong colour wrong pile. And will now have to be ripped up and another carpet hopefully the correct carpet laid tomorrow morning. Can't believe my eyes. And the waste. Some poor sod is now missing there carpet. And not even a word from the store for any inconvenience. So no point in shopping there again.

Staff in the Aberdeen store were extremely helpful ,efficient and friendly despite the fact it was so busy at the beginning of 2020. I am delighted with the swivel armchairs I have ordered as they are of equal quality but much lower price than same type of chairs in other furniture stores in the area.

They mostly specialise in recliners. Their ranges are good. But price is on the higher side. Though you will have variety of models to choose from. Tbey also have some exchanged sofas which sell on cheaper prices. The condition of tjose sofas are good too. Variety of carpet samples too.
