Excellent Andrew convenient. I picked up an item ordered earlier today. Served very quickly. Impressed too by the attention given to Covid rules: the customer behind me came in without a mask. The shop assistant offered her a mask. Well done! And thank you. Some customers are still very vulnerable. I chose a Sunday afternoon hoping it would be quiet and safe. It was. 👍

Picked up s shower that was missing a shower head. the staff at Aberystwyth were excellent in helping find a solution without having to return the whole item. I was able to get it fitted as planned with no need to arrange another installation date. Much better than online customer service who were really not helpful.

I bought a phone, delivered next day, excellent service. However it was faulty and Ryan at Customer Services helped me. He was excellent too. Argos picked the faulty phone up from me the same day and I am about to order a different one. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent customer service. Brilliant staff, always found them extremely helpful and friendly. I recommend taking product cover for important items. No quibble replacement on items covered. Although the best way to shop is to reserve items online. That way you can check stock, look for the best price available, reserve, pay and avoid wasting time in store. Just straight to the collection bay. Smart shopping.

Moderately satisfactory value items considering overheads needed to run the store. Efficient system but sometimes left waiting a little while to collect your order - it's best to do fast-track online! :)

The staff go out there way to help you. The parking is good, with several disabled bays, but remember that the car park times you when you actually drive out of the car park for the free 2 hours and not when you get back to your car. At peak times you will sit in a slow que to get back out. Sometimes the Argos catelogue has wrong information written in it about the item. And sometimes the extras that the staff are obligated to offer you at the till do not have anything to do with the item you are purchasing eg was offered batteries which I bought thinking the item was battery operated, which it turned out not to be.

The staff were very polite and helpful. I found it very difficult to find the items I needed in the gigantic catalogue that's not very user friendly. I had to google the product I needed on my phone to get the item number!!! The store needs a revamp with the uo to date search for items screens
