Contacting a stranger and hoping they're honest and trustworthy is a stressful experience. Mum's 88 and vulnerable...and her washing machine was broken. Dave turned up on time and checked the machine. Nothing wrong with it but user error! At this point some people may have conned her into unnecessary repairs; but Dave didn't. He told her how to use it properly and didn't charge a callout fee. What a professional and trustworthy man! I would highly recommend him. Thank you Dave!
