Once again I have received excellent service from the ladies in the interior decorating department at Wards today. I've been in quite a few times over the last 2 year's and have found that they always go out of their way to be helpful and are happy to give advice without being overbearing. They're brilliant at pairing up paint to go with your choice of wallpaper as well. Such friendly and approachable ladies. Highly recommend.

I always order my paint from Brian Burrows and delivers it to me wherever I'm at . If I need tech help or ask any queries its always Brian . I don't like ringing up due to one of the female members of staffs attitude .

Just had our living room and down stairs toilet wallpapered by Ward Group. Our decorator was called Jack, he was very polite, turned on time and the quality of his work was outstanding. Great value for money. I highly recommend.

Sorry for the late review but I’m useless on the internet. I came in a few weeks back to speak to Michelle about my house renovations but she wasn’t about so a young lady called Angela dealt with me. She was marvellous. She’s full of knowledge about styles, periods and trends. She spoke in-depth about colours, light and different papers and gave me so many ideas to be getting on with. She’s a credit to Wards and such a bright bubbly personality to boot!

Always get great customer service at wards, they have great product knowledge and nothing is to much trouble, we get lost with all the different products but Simon is so helpful and knowledgeable and professional, we have had to ask for his help a lot just recently as we are redecorating inside and out, Simon has been on hand on every visit helping us finding the right product even to mixing paint to suit our colour choice, we definitely will not shop anywhere else that's for sure, well done they are doing a great job, highly recommend *****

Just been to collect some decorating supplies from the Barrow store for our decorator. The gent who served me was mega helpful. I literally didnt have to pick anything off the shelf as he whizzed me round and ticked off each item in my list. Thank you.

I have just had my bathroom converted to a wet room by ward group From the quote to the planning and booking the job, it was made easy by friendly professional, approachable staff, all I had to do was choose the tile colours&ceiling&floor,, all the equipment that was needed was brought to my door. No need to pick anything up yourself Yes! wards were that little bit dearer than other quotes from Other companies I called but! I chose them due to being well & long established company in Barrow, should I have any problems arise about the work carried out The work took 2 weeks and they done a brilliant job, very efficient and always leave you a toilet to use whilst the work is carried out 'and sink if possible, I had a team of staff working on the bathroom 2 main staff doing majority of the work, and other such as electrician and floorer, painter All done a great job worked very hard you do expect it to be a messy job, but they clean up after them and dispose of all your old equipment, My wet room looks great, I am really happy with it, and glad I chose wards! as you really do get good quality for the money you pay I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in future,

Ward's recently repainted the front of my house and I have only praise for the work they did. We discussed what I wanted doing and they offered choices for how this could be achieved. The guys doing the job turned up on time every day, obviously knew what they were about, were courteous and professional and took care to protect any surfaces that weren't being painted. They discussed the progress with me and, when rotten woodwork was discovered, sought an ok from me before doing any remedial work. All in all they did a great job and when it comes time to paint the other side of the house, Ward's will be my first choice. Thanks guys.
