R. J.I contacted John by email and sent him a short video of my LG washing machine making an unusual noise during the wash cycle. He responded promptly with a possible cause. I arranged a weekday appointment but couldn’t get time off work so had to re-schedule. John offered me a Saturday afternoon appointment which suited me perfectly. Within minutes he diagnosed the problem - the wash pump needed replacing. He gave me a fair price and carried out the repair. No need to wait for parts.
My machine is back to working normally and John has given me 12 months warranty on the new part. John carries a card reader and issues all receipts necessary. Great guy, knows his stuff and highly recommended. Support local.
T. T.I called J B Domestics for a quote on repairing my cooker. Very friendly and helpful over the phone and very fast at responding. Oven was fixed within 2 days. They work very flexible hours and reasonable prices. Friendly staff all round. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived 24 hours later to confirm the issue and fix the oven. Used genuine parts and good rates too.

The following day after many attempts to find a repair company, he was the only one who returned my call and being kind. He came in the matter of a few hours and explained what he could do and how much it would cost before starting the job at very reasonable price. He was polite, friendly, professional and efficient. The chap I spoke to called and arranged a time to come out by which time I had fixed the problem so I didn't need him to come out. So, 4 stars instead of 5. Mainly because I didn't actually need him to visit. However, I'm dropping the review because when I called to cancel, he was polite and understanding, not arsey as some cancelled contractors might be so thanks.
J. H.I needed my LG washing machine repaired. The company responded quickly to my request. They did the repair on the first visit, and their labour and parts were very reasonably priced. The engineer moved the machine back to it's place. Everything was spot on, and I would happily recommend them to anyone needing washing machine repair.
S. B.My washing machine had stopped working on the 19.12.20, so after doing research on engineers in bedford came across JB DOMESTICS. Gave them a call and described my issue concerning washing machine. It was explained what the issue might be which was 1 or 2 issues and explained on what the fee would be dependent on which one and it was explained there was a call out charge. Engineer came on the 21.12.20, he was very polite and came prepared due to this whole covid pandemic. Was very friendly and got to work whilst explaining what he was doing as well as some general chit chat. He found and showed me what the issue was and repaired the issue within a great timely manner. Washing machine working perfectly fine and the fee was very reasonable. I can only speak highly of JB Donestic Ltd and would recommend them to anyone needing someone who will do a honest professional job.
j. p.I can't recommend John highly enough. He gave great advice over the phone to try and resolve the issue with my washing machine rather than just rushing out to charge me. When the machine still did not work he came out on the same day I called and fixed it straight away. Will definitely use Domestic again.

I called JB to book a repair but was advised that I was entitled to a free repair under the Sale of Goods Act even though the machine was 4 years old and I hadn't bought any additional warranty.
