I totally agree with a previous reviewer (Eimar Dorman) that the Manager at Argos Forestside is a rude, unhelpful, cocky and arrogant young man who would need to learn some customer service skills and common courtesy. Other staff in the shop helpful and friendly – but overall not a patch on other Argos stores for good customer service - I only use the store for convenience.
