J. M.Quite good, lots of household items in the shop. Some clothes also, reasonably priced. Good if moving into a new house or upgrading things like kettles etc. It has all social distancing measures in place so feels safe to shop there.

C. J.I occasionally stop by here to check out upstairs, which is the home and technology sections. Over the years this place has declined, sadly, regarding the TV's and electronics. Often poorly displayed or badly stocked and lagging behind with the latest tech. They seem understaffed too, whether that's a reflection on current consumer spending I'm not sure. The clothes and baby section does well though. The wee Cafe upstairs is a nice place to sit and enjoy the views of the passing trains.

C. B.Very busy location but they do handle it well. Always seem to have as many staff on the tills as they can. Asda's Bakery section an immediate go to and unlike other supermarkets has bread throughout the day so there is no fear that at 5pm they will be all out. They didn't have what I needed this time but there staff were happy to help in checking the aisles with me for the item.

N. W.The store is always clean and tidy, you can usually find the products you need in one of the aisles. If not, there is usually a staff member close by who is always willing to help. The only downside is the length of time to get through the tills, especially on busy days like Saturday's or Sunday's. If you pop in for a pint of milk you could be waiting up to 20 minutes just to pay for it.

S. M.It's a messy shop upstairs is worse than down. Long ques and staff take along time to jump on the tills once the staff eventually jump on the ques go down quick but when there's a que of 10 people do not put one person on the till. George have some beautiful clothes but this store does not promote that as the store dose not present their merchandise overly well. Many outfits are not appealing to look at, more time could be spent on promoting beautiful fashion/clothing
S. S.Nice clean shop floor but a lot of items were not in their correct place, childrens clothes nit on correct size hanger or in the wrong place making it hard to find what you need. Shopping for girls tights, pants, vests etc took ages because nithing was where it should be.

c. h.This Asda is a non grocery outlet. There is a wide range of household and electrical products available at reasonable prices. Parking or rather lack of can be a problem when visiting the City Mall where this store is located but it is well worth a look around when in the area.

Train station five minutes walk across road to either go on into central Belfast or head up to the North Coast. Lovely indoor play area for children and cinema too. Well worth a visit.

M. b.I have a bad hip, there's no cartilage left and the bones are rubbing together and the pain is bad. Today in Asda, I was shopping for family. I was in considerable pain. The girl serving behind the counter upstairs noticed immediately, went to the cafe to get me a chair, processed my goods and insisted I remained sitting. She served the remaining customers, went to organise a wheel chair and someone to take me to the car. A charming girl arrived did the wheelchair, took me to my car and out the goods into it. Now that's service. Thank you to those girls and thank you Asda.
