Forget all those chain stores. This is the place to go for electrical items. Good products and good prices. I have bought several items from Blackwood and always at competitive prices and if you need the item installed, that is no problem. Philip is a joy to deal with. Highly recommended.

My washing machine packed up on Saturday afternoon. Earliest I could have got one delivered from Curry’s was 4 days later. Decided to support local and the best decision to call Blackwood. Philip ran through what he had in stock, recommended one particular model. I had a look online at it, couldn’t find it cheaper anywhere. 1 further phone call and it was delivered 15 mins later! Very pleased indeed with the service we got from Philip in the shop, we ordered a fridge freezer yesterday and he had it delivered first thing today and the driver was so helpful, he couldn't do enough for us and for a small charge he took all the packing away plus our old machine. A great range of white goods and friendly people who know their products, deliver the next day and take away your old machine. We tried all the usual places, wish we had gone here first. A small business but it beat them all.
