K. f.I just wanted to say I love this place you really do get what you see. I bought a gorgeous 😍 compass 🧭 for my back garden wall for summer. Its beautiful like a rustic brown colour and its really sturdy was only £40 which I thought was good compared to other prices I'd seen. The only downside was they dont provide anything for you to hang it with but it wasn't a problem easy enough to get in hardware shop. Was really impressed thought it looked different.

M. N.Great shop to find quirky little things that you never thought you needed. Good range of bed linen and accessories at keen prices and a nice range of gardening items too plus bulbs for planting now. Always clean and a good atmosphere.

T. G.A basic selection of a broad range of products. Was looking for rugs - not much to choose from. Needed a new kettle but a very small selection of brands. Reasonable layout but loads of choke points which is not great when Covid shows no signd of going away. They asked for an email address at the tills supposedly to send a receipt but then bombarded the email with marketing spam.

C. P.Hadn't ventured into a Dunhelm in at least a decade but this store was a real nostalgia trip back to the 90's. Old cluttered shelving and dowdy decor it was like Texas Homecare or MFI. Maybe it was the old fashioned bedding displays or dodgy green carpet. This placed needs dragged into the 21st century but I can see why it appeals to those of advanced years once they shuffle off this mortal coil I can't see this business surviving much longer.

Y. D.The store was very untidy with staff unpacking boxes not easy to move around. The lift was out of order. I used steep stairs to first floor. I chose a dinner set. As I have artritis in my knees I took it slowly coming down the steps while holding on to the rail. Another lady customer offered to take my basket down for me. I thanked her and another member of the public a gentleman offered to carry my basket to the till. I really appreciated their kindness. It's a pity Dunelm did not have staff on the stairs to help disabled customers when their lift is out of order.

B. K.I was looking for curtains and It took quite awhile to find the ones I wanted unfortunately another pair they did not have the size. Waited only a short while to enter the store.
C. S.Called into Dunelm today. The covid signage was great, members of the team outside welcoming you in. When going in they advised you of the hand sanitising stations and cleaned your trolley handle for you.
The shop was well stocked and we purchased foam with a bit of help from a member of staff. Then proceeded to choose material to wrap it in. Two member of the staff team were very helpful and gave great advice to help me save money. Ended up buying a new sewing machine due to the helpfulness of the team.

D. M.A good variety of products available with an emphasis on Christmas at this time of year. Plenty of parking at the front, store had a good atmosphere and the staff are friendly and helpful enough. Only issue we had during our visit on a mid-Monday afternoon was the condition of the customer toilets, they were we quite untidy with a very strong smell of urine and faeces, it was very unpleasant.

c. h.Dunelm are always worth a visit when you are close to one of them. As well as a large and reasonably priced range of household products available there is also an on site cafe serving hot and cold drinks and snack foods.

When I opened it. It had a missing cover of One of the feet!!! I tried ring the Belfast store but there was no answer.😫
A.Great shop with a really good selection of soft furnishings (especially curtains and bedlinen). Lovely kitchenware and bathroom accessories and the Egyptian çotton towels are top quality. Nice wee cafe upstairs and a huge free car park.

P. Ó. C.I like this shop. It has a great deal of things for the home. Actually, just about all you'll find for the home except sofa's and furniture, beds etc. But there's furniture and bed stores a few shops up. I've picked up some nice bargains at this store at pretty good prices too. And they often change there stock around. There's a wee cafe upstairs next to all the kitchen stuff. So you can have a cuppa while you're deciding how much money to spend lol.

E. T.Mainly very good store, with very good staff. The store has everything you could possibly need homewise and also has a wee cafe upstairs called pausa. Not the best cafe around but it does the trick for a small coffee break. The reason I am deducting one star is the lift. Unless necessary do not use it! The lift scrapes the shaft and not sure if it's just me but every time I push a button in it I get an electric shock. Also the doors can quite commonly get stuck..
D. E.Had to collect last piece off furniture to complete set. Couldn't find it and a man called Joe (rugs) asked if we needed help. He searched and found last unit in the store and brought it round on a trolley to the tills and out to the car. Very obliging will be back.

L. W.Sometimes u just walk into a store n feel like u have found the place u have wanted all ur life. Dunelm is just like that, its a treasure trove of delight. It stocks everything that will set ur heart a flutter. So lovely is the stock of decor related items. The only down side is u can't get it all, decisions have to b made. But don't worry this store has it all, beautiful bedding, lights, n rugs n all the ornamental things that make a home complete. Don't just take my word for it, do urself a favour n vied the hundreds of stock items. It's a one stop shop for all ur decorating needs. Very high end at affordable prices.
