I know of that shop for years but this was my first purchase from them. My initial questions about the product received a quick and clear reply. They have an unbeatable 6-y guarantee (valid for UK, and all Ireland, including Republic) "at Home" (means they send someone, you don't have to ship it back, that counts in the case of a 35kg TV!) and free delivery whereas local shops would charge an extra for a guarantee extension and at least 20€ to deliver within 1 or 2 weeks! It took just 2 days between the confirmation of my order on line and the receiption of it at my door.

Insanely good customer service and a clear demonstration to local firms of how to beat the online multinationals. I phoned at noon on 29th December, obviously a ridiculously busy time. I was concerned about delivery dates if I was ordering through their website and wondered if there was any chance my floor standing speakers could be delivered before 5th January. Spoke at noon, placed order. Phone call from Captain Courier 42 minutes later, and speakers delivered into my porch 40 minutes after that. I recently bought a hi-fi and turn-table from Richer Sounds. It's the first time I've purchased a higher end music system and I found there customer service second to none. You get excellent service and competitive prices with by Richer Sounds. I purchased an LG TV and some wireless headphones from them. I'm based in Munster and delivery arrived from their Belfast store within 3 working day which was great. My headphones had a small manufacturer issue with them. Richer Sounds were very understanding and made it easy to get resolved. Particular shout out to Chris who was very helpful with this. I spoke to a few people in store and I found everyone to be very helpful. From looking at competitors in the market, Richer Sounds provide the best price, best delivery service and warranties (6 years on my TV) I've seen around. I highly recommend them.

Great service, will go back Went in to get cable to connect Auna hifi and speaker, with uncertainty of what I needed staff took time to look up model and work out what I needed. Richer sounds were able to help there and then rather than the unsuccessful call/email to Auna technical support. When I mentioned I had a RCA cable I was told how to alter it to make it work for my speaker. Great advice and I wasn't even buying anything. Will be going back to buy anything sound related in future. Writing this whilst enjoying the sound richer sounds helped me achieve.

Great prices and really impressive customer service from these guys I have to say. So much so that I felt obliged to leave a review which I rarely do. It seems that big companies are far more interested in short term profit than long term customer loyalty which is both sad and frustrating. Their Deputy Manager David was responsive and helpful with any query I had even though it was only a cheap enough item. I could go on about the likes of Currys and their "know how" service, Virgin Media and multiple other big companies just not giving a sh*t about their customers but Richer Sounds was a different experience and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I left a product review on the richersounds.com website for a Denon mini system i purchased back in April at the start of the lock-down. I take this opportunity to share my great experience with the Belfast branch. Mind you, I have never been in the actual store (I live in Dublin). I've dealt directly with the reps.via boards.ie (Kenny the store manager and David the assistant manager in particular) who have been very kind, patient and helpful with my very specific questions. Last but not least, very quick delivery. I ordered online over the weekend and received the item by early Wednesday morning.

I ordered a LG OLED TV which arrived with in a couple of days. After opening the packaging I only then noticed that the corner of the TV was damaged and so was the box and packaging surrounding the TV. I immediately contacted RicherSounds via email as it was after office hours on a Friday night. They contacted me immediately and assured me that a replacement TV would be sent to me straight away. They rang me the next day and arranged the shipment of the new TV and the return of the damaged TV. I would recommend them to anyone as their customer service and response time was excellent!

Bought marantz mrc 611 in october. It was so temperamental and faulty from day 1. Sound quality excellent when it worked which was touch and go. I sent it back and John the manager replaced it for a similarly priced yamaha receiver. Excellent service considering I was outside the 30 day period. I bought my very first hi fi system from richer sounds dublin back in 1992, and they have been looking after my music ever since. 5 stars experience.

Never been to this branch before but they're as good as every other Richer Sounds shop. They know the gear they're selling (unlike the big superstore electric shops) and no question is too stupid!!! The guys here spent a good amount of time talking to me albeit via telephone advising me on TV's. In fact several phone calls! On street parking can be found right outside - 1hr = 35p - or bigger car parks right round the back. Forget Currys, DID or online. These guys beat them all with knowledge, price and service.

They were shipped out to me and I received them the next day. I was very impressed with both items and the price was excellent. I was unlucky and had an unfortunate issue with a recently bought Canton DM75 (a fantastic piece of kit btw), where the optical input connection had become patchy. Richer Sounds in Belfast replaced unit immediately and with little fuss under the warranty. Very happy with service and after purchasing many items through the Belfast store for over 10 years now, I would easily recommend Richer Sounds to anyone looking AV equipment.
