A. M.The sort if shop you do a day trip to or know before what yo want.
Theres a Cafe in there so you can have a breather and shop more, heads up though it only takes cash which i through was strange as the rest of the store takes all cards too.
Also has an instore Iceland foods.
Parking is plenty and free
T. C.Now this is a shop with everything,and the prices are brilliant.
We went to the shop for the first time at Christmas and OMG they had row after row of Christmas goodies it was like being a kid again.
No other shop came anywhere close to their range.
Since then I have been down many a time,I do a lot of crafting and they have the most stuff by far at the best prices.
You will be like a kid in a candy shop if you are looking for home decor.
They have some beautiful stuff very unusual to other shops...
All in all it's probably the best shop about for all your needs.
M. N.Great place for a lot of items under one roof. Saves you having to go elsewhere. We were amazed at some of the prices though not all but of course it depends on what you are looking for. Their range of plants is very comprehensive and are competitively priced. Your one stop store for everything and there is a cafe too

Hannah went and checked the product and found the exact one and left it at customer services for collection. All of this was completed in less than ten minutes. First class service from an extremely helpful and polite sales assistant, thank you Hannah , we wish you all the very best.

D. M.Simply a fantastic place to shop for all DIY and household. Located in the middle of the Boucher rd Belfast with free parking. The shop has a great garden centre, cafe and washroom facilities. I'll give a little example of my experience regarding prices. I purchased a duvet cover and pillow cases for £12 which was a January sale item. The exact cover was in one of the local shops which was also a sale item because it was a web return for £60. You will not beat this store for price and quality. Definitely 5 stars.

So much more to offer and things there that I hadn't seen in previous shops. Plus there's an Iceland inside too for anyone that enjoys shopping in Iceland for food. Handy

You could spend hours in the place. Here's the but. Each visit ended with me feeling REALLY disappointed with the checkout. Staff seemed to lack focus. No rush to get people served. No sign of someone in charge. Large queues at tills as a result. Pity. Could be an excellent place to visit.

Bought a good variety of household items, price not cheap, but quality of items more important. Very happy with in store experience until we arrived at checkouts, long queue and supervisors there while noticing problem,seemed reluctant to step in and rectify.
Car parking facilities excellent,
location and accessibility very good. All in all nice experience but spoiled by unnecessary wait at the most important & money generating point in store. If I had been one of I suppose many customers who had chosen a few items I would have left them at the checkout area and left feeling very let down and annoyed. 10 checkout points there but only 3 manned , not good enough & store needs to do better here, lots of revenue I suspect will be lossed if not rectified asap.
Hope this observation reaches the senior management and is sorted for the benefit of the store and future success.

I would say great store, could be fantastic with staff training, wider Isles, more consideration given to people who are less abled.
A. T.Incredibly friendly staff I cannot fault them in any way, actually have a conversation with you when getting you anything or serving at the tills. The store itself is disappointing the layout is confusing, the Isle are to small, I was there on 6/03 and even though there was someone at the door letting you in there were way too many people in the store I had to give up because we literally couldn't fit up the Isles and Social distancing was impossible.

C.Today this store was definitely NOT wheelchair friendly , due to the aisles being taken over by more stock abandoned in the centre of the aisles , you had to walk almost the full length of the aisle to find a break to take a wheelchair through . Also displays blocking one end of some aisles . I bought two sets of Christmas lights exactly the same , but one was 8.99 the other was 9.99 ??? Things in the wrong place , wrongly priced , or not priced at all. The young man on the till was a delight though , very helpful , even offering to carry out our purchases . A lovely big bright store .

R.I love this store, I brought my sister in today, we checked out the gardening items, we were not disappointed got what we needed, also I purchased a lot of craft materials for my craft boxes, ie buttons glue gun, and thin paint blush, this range is ideal for getting that little piece of heaven for your garden and home, also there is a Iceland shop on site, win win all round I would say.

s. c.Great store, so much under one roof, definitely the place to visit for all your garden needs in the summer, and the best place to visit for all your Christmas and Halloween decorations, it's Selection is unlike anywhere else, although it can be difficult trying to get a staff members help when needed and the layout could be better at times as the Isles can be very narrow and difficult to navigate Particularly when the store is busy!!

E. L.Staff social distancing a nightmare... seem oblivious to customers when stacking shelves and chatting between themselves.
Range of products is generally good however, I have been back three times to buy art supplies and these shelves are not well stocked, so disappointing.
T. D.The Range is massive with a wide variety of products but even though this is true I still didn't find what I was looking for.. One downside of this place is that the isles between the products are pretty narrow which means that you have to manoeuvre around people which there are a lot of... If I was to do it again I would try to get there before it got busy..

Unfortunately one of the staff members guiding people to tills spent most of her time walking away and not paying attention to available tills and the queue. She also made a fool out of my family after we walked towards an available checkout when she was not doing her job and had the cheek to shake her head at us behind our backs. She needs retrained or redeployed elsewhere in the store.
K. K.I visited boucher road branch on Wednesday 5 may for stones for the garden. Customer service was excellent. Firstly a young fella went and got my items and brought them to the till where another young fella at the till lifted them into the car for me without any hesitation. Just sorry I didn't get their names as these 2 guys are a credit to any company. Thankyou for your help and pleasant manner.

A. B.Their newest store in NI. And their biggest. Clearly been successful since recently opening as they aren't keeping up with stock replenishment. Pallets everywhere (4pm). Asked a few staff about products and their location. All were very helpful and friendly 👍 As the product range is good and value for money is excellent, we'll be back. No Golden Cow spread though in the limited Iceland product range.... 😷😊

Seemed to be far too many people in the store, and the queue for the tills literally ran from the front of the store to nearly the back (it is a huge store!). Maybe I just hit a busy day, but I didn't purchase anything because of the queue.

As well as confectionery and pharmaceuticals. Thousands upon thousands of products. One could easily spend a full morning or afternoon here. I would hazard a guess that there's not many products for your home you'll not find here includind some light furniture and electrical items.

Also the shop was extremely busy and when queuing to pay for my goods the people behind me who weren't wearing masks refused to social distance. A queue to get in during a pandemic should be expected - but worth the wait!
Witnessed some "Karens" - kicking off about incorrect labelling and busy Christmas aisles. If you identify as a "Karen" best to avoid & order off Amazon and eBay during a pandemic! Felt sorry for the poor staff - obviously not responsible or intentional on their part.
Well done to the fantastic staff at Range Boucher Road during these difficult times. Wishing compassion towards you all ❤️
Excellent stock at excellent prices! Would be good to put up a signal to customers that "Christmas" is towards the back of store to lessen crowd swelling at front. Bigger trollies would be appreciated for all the bargains :-)
