K. f.I have to tell about the treatment I received from this company as I'm in total shock!!!!
I ordered online from this store as I always do i would maybe order something once a month as I find them so reasonable so I'm delighted that they regard me as a loyal customer 🙃 So I ordered 2 candlesticks and three hand towels all on offer costing £26 including delivery. When I opened the parcel one off the candlesticks were broken 💔 I was gutted as I needed the pair so I emailed them to explain this and told them that because they were out off stock I would have to return both candlesticks. Within an hour customer service emailed me telling me not to worry they were so sorry and as a loyal customer they were refunding me my full order of everything even the towels. I didn't have to return nothing. I was in tears 😢 never have I come across customer service like this so caring ❤ and efficient. So out of all my retail outlets tk maxx gets my full vote 🗳 they totally went the extra mile for me and I just want to say a big thank you 😊 to all the team. Well done if only all retail outlets had a wee bit if your caring ❤ customer service policy.
P. B.The only plus is the staff (especially the till operators who are friendly, helpful & very pleasant) The stock choices have become very limited where choice & quantity are concerned. It has become obvious that they are predominantly focused on their online business as the stock choices & availability are much more superior. No need to visit the store if this is to continue. Very disappointing experience & time you won't get back 😕

R. Y.I love this store and have shopped there for years. Recently the stock is not as good quality as it used to be and the prices have gone up.
Very often the shoe sizes do not correspond the label on the shelf. I am size 6-7 but I often see size 5 or even 3 on those shelves.
The helpfulness of staff has dramatically deteriorated too.
A few days ago, on Sunday, I was there with my sister and she had a few items she wanted to try on. I asked the assistant if I can join het and I was told I couldn’t. I grabbed a blouse from a rack and went to try it on. The assistant told me to enter a cubicle on the other side of the fitting rooms, the opposite end. When I asked why, I was told due to Covid restrictions.
There was no one else in the fitting rooms. About 5 minutes after that another woman entered the fitting rooms but she was not shown which side of the fitting rooms to use.
I might have not noticed but I didn’t even see any sanitizer in the shop.
In my opinion the assistant ‘s behaviour was just pretty and unnecessary.

You should go if you have time to look for the right piece, because there are so many items inside the store that it will take sometime for you to check everything until you find what you looking for an extremely good price. Try to go in the morning when everything is on its right place and make sure you have enough free time and patience :D

S. O.As an American living in Cardiff, let me tell you that TK Maxx overwhelmingly kicks their American counterpart (TJ Maxx) in the face when it comes to selection! Many of the brands that I wear (Diesel, Nike, Under Armour, Original Penguin, etc.) are quite easy to access here (not so in my region of the USA). Give it a shot if you want to look sharp on a budget!
