A. J.Wasn’t chuffed with the manager on shift. 3 stars for changing the box for another, eventually. -1 star for arguing with me over whether a product with the box coming apart is acceptable or not. -1 star for the unnecessary eye roll and attitude.
C. T.Excellent customer service and polite staff. They exchanged my damaged TV without any fuss and allowed me to open the new TV in store to make sure it wasn't damaged after the shock I got with the damage TV.
R. R.I took my elderly Aunt to Argos, Castle Vale. She just wanted a simple push button pay as you go mobile. The staff who served us were so helpful. Thank you Anne & Frank for taking so much time with my Aunt to find her a suitable mobile, you even set it up for her ready to use.
