Came to collect items, I am not local and there was a system error so had to be refunded and rebuy the items. Staff were really polite and didn't mind re explaining until I understood what went wrong and why I couldn't have my items. Everything was sorted in the end and the staff were helpful especially a young lad called Bailey.

Had a table delivered by two guys. The one guy went above and beyond in terms of going that extra mile. He really wanted to please his customer and he did!! He came right on time too which is great when your in a rush!! It’s a high five from me ! 😉

A decent sized store with free parking on a small retail park. Can get busy during peak times. A good selection of the full catalogue, option of quick pay via the kiosks. The wait time is generally not too bad.

Visited the Small Heath branch recently to buy a new phone. When I got to the shop the phone I wanted wasn't in the catalogue and the shop was about to close, so I approached one of the sales staff and told them that I couldn't find the phone i was looking for. She gave me her phone to search for it, I found the phone and she then entered the details into the till and I bought the phone there and then. Thanks to the staff for going beyond their duties and that I didn't have to come back the next day.

Its an Argos store, you buy you pickup and if its furniture you take it back because the quality is poor. For normal goods its OK, just like all other Argos stores. Convenient parking though which is a bonus.

Store you can bay from catalogue and collect on site. Nothing special. ..I am baying on amazon. Brand is bad as you can bay products foulty from customers returns. Do not recommend you at all. I would rather go on ebay and amazon. This brand is damaged in my opinion therefore 3 stars only.
