Bought a replacement stylus from AA - I already knew the model I wanted, and they had the cheapest price around. Super quick shipping, really well packaged - fitted and blasting out tunes within 2 working days of ordering. Top job.

My experiences with Audio Affair encompassed everything that could go wrong, with their doing everything they could to make things right. Having spent a great deal of time choosing a new hi fi system, with the patient help of Richard, the turntable arrived with a faulty tone arm, and the cd (a different make) was faulty. All of this was high end equipment and a disappointment and surprise, while getting the problem corrected was complicated and made longer by the maker of the turntable offering to come to the UK to fix it with new parts (but not confirming a date!) and the problem at first being proscribed to the amp and not the cd, however, Richard and Tristan kept me in the loop, made every effort to hurry things along and in the end had the CD player replaced for a new one from the manufacturer, and upgraded the turntable to that of another manufacturer with very satisfactory results. Bad luck can befall anyone, and Audio Affair managed mine as well as they could, discounting a turntable that is almost certainly better than the one I originally ordered (that Richard then travelled a long way to personally install).

Unfortunately I ordered a pair of Q acoustic concept 40 speakers I asked for a Saturday delivery which AA agreed but unfortunately TNT failed to deliver. TNT also failed to redeliver on Monday! What a nightmare, 2 days completely wasted. Spoke with Audio Affair who apologized for TNT and to their credit they have offered a free vinyl album. Now that really is great customer service!

My experience with Audio Affair has been exemplary. It started off with upgrading from a 6 year old Bose Solo 15 (still great by the way) to a Jamo S807 HCS. A few phone calls for some advice and a hefty discount from retail with by far the best price on the internet, and they arrived. After some listening time, a buzz was heard from one of the speakers. AA ran through some tests with me, quickly took them back, and after running their own tests, identified the issue and promptly replaced them, all whilst keeping me informed throughout the entire process. I felt sorry for the delivery driver though as he delivered twice and also picked up, and for some unknown reason Jamo pack all 5 speakers in one box. The journey continued with a purchase of the Jamo S8 ATM modules at the beginning of the year again at the cheapest price on the internet. Unfortunately due to Brexit and COVID these took months to actually come into stock. But Again AA kept me updated every step of the way, and they arrived in full working order and AA have a very happy customer. Overall the customer service and purchase experience I received from Audio Affair was second to none. They will definitely be my first stop for any further audio needs. Thank you very much

The gents at Audio Affair are fantastic! As I live somewhat “out in the sticks”, I need a company I can trust to deliver what they promise - that’s absolutely no problem for Audio Affair. They always try to give me a decent deal, always do what they say when they say, and always respond to emails and questions. Delivery of in-stock items is lightening fast and, on the occasion when stock delays happened, they let me know straight away, including a realistic delivery date. When I’ve had problems with kit, which I didn’t even buy from them, they’ve helped me without question - a Naim NAC 272 and Hi-Line were both expediently returned to Naim for repair and back to me within a few weeks. For these reasons, I’ve spent a small fortune with them, confident that they’ll be there if I need. Thank you to all at Audio Affair.

My first Item i ordered And bought was a pair of speaker wharfedale denton 80th anniversary shipped through FedEx and came safe and sound in 2017. However i bought an Atacama storm 6 hi-fi audio rack in July 2020 shipped by Fedex. One of the rack came dented by 3cm in the middle. I called Fedex to advise them the issue however they said that the claim is possible and initial shipping was covered BUT should be done at Audioaffair as they are the sender even though if I was the one who paid the expensive shipping. Finally Audioaffair shipped me a replacement shelf in Oct 27, 2020.

I bought a Meridian Prime headphone amp over the web from Audio Affair. I was in two minds, but the interest free swung it. The amp is fantastic, but even better is the service they provided. I thought there was a minor mechanical issue with it - a barely perceptible wobble. They swapped it without question on the basis that it could become annoying over time. John's view was that I needed to be happy with it for years above all else. There aren't many shops with people that genuinely care that their customers stay happy. Thanks John, thanks Audio Affair!

Purchased a preamp via their website and had it shipped to my flat overnight. They used DPD to deliver, which I think is one of the better delivery services since they let you change the delivery date or choose a collection point if you won't be in. Preamp was brand new (just like described). Would definitely buy from them again. Great return policy as well, but I didn't need to use it.

One of the few places that delivers internationally. Prices are reasonable. Staff could be better at knowing nuances of international tax and duties for popular countries, though I know that is asking a lot. Overall good service, ordered items for international delivery. Paid 90GBP for delivery. Then got another email saying I have to pay more postage as item too heavy and needs to ship with Fedex. This was really annoying as makes pricing and shipping comparisons meaningless between different vendors, if they change shipping rates AFTER you have paid and placed the order. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for this. Item arrived reasonably quickly and was slightly damaged by the imbeciles at Australian customs who open and inspect anything with wood in it. Packaging boxes were undamaged. Sort the shipping rate issues out and will order from these guys every time-5 stars.

Solid build, well finished and stable - they are perfect for my Aaron ATS-5 speakers (which weigh a ton). If you are considering them I'd say go for it. And I'd say the same for Audio Affair. I travelled for over three hours to go to this store having never been before and I was very happy with my visit. The choice of high end headphones was excellent, there is a laptop set up with high resolution audio via Tidal so you dont need to bring your own music unless you want to. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Everything fine. Shipping took 10 days from GB to CH, thats "ok". If that would be faster, i would give 5 stars. Service is good. I must correct my voting: i bought there again. Unfortunately, the company made a big mistake and i lost money. The end of the story: the do not care about my loss. they say they would, but if they would, they would pay me the money i lost. I ordered 5 speakers for about 1080 EUR. Later, the company said: "ups, we thought its 4 speakers". Then i said: "either send me 5 speakers or give me my 1080 EUR back". They gave me about 1010 EUR back. After complaining a lot and starting to contact my law insurance, they gave another 60 EUR back. So i made a loss for about 10 EUR. For nothing. I should have insisted on the contract for 5 speakers and put them to a court. Never again. If you live outside of UK, i highly recommend NOT buying there! Correction: i just noticed that, after contacting the owner, i got another transaction to my paypal account about a month ago. I did not notice it. So it took about half an year, a lot of emails and complains, to get all my money back. They try to give a good support and i somehow feel like they can be recommended, but its simply to much stress i had. Without all the problems from the last order it would have been 5 stars. If i would have get my money back without all that mails and waiting time, i would have given 4 stars. Therefore only 3 stars.

I have been using Audio Affair for about 6 years now and purchased numerous items from amps, numerous sets of speakers, cables, music streamers, Blu-ray players, headphones, the list goes on. In all it must be well over £10k now. In that time i have always received the absolute best service and just as important, price. As always the test is when you have a problem. Faulty equipment happens and when it has they make to process as painless as possible. Bought a pair of Yamaha EPH-100 in ear headphones about 3 years ago with a really good price. After around 1 year they stopped working (it's a known issue of this model) and they changed them for free under warranty. It's always a pleasure to contact the support, they are very nice and helpful. After another year (out of warranty) they broke again and after trying different models I decided that I still love these Yamaha EPH-100 (one of the best IEM out there!) and I asked them if I could have a discount.
