Absolutely brilliant customer service. We purchased a new fridge that was a bit faulty when unpacked and plugged in. We contacted the store who was great about it. Within an hour They delivered a brand new fridge and took the old one away. I will definitely buy with confidence from this store and recommend to my family and friends. Thanks.

Excellent all round service from these guys from start to finish! Went on a Friday evening about 5pm and Shaf was brilliant - Very accommodating, patient and friendly towards me and my 3yr old son! Their showroom is great with a huge selection of items on display and Shaf gave us some great advice and a great deal on a fridge - they even delivered it the next day by 1pm, on a Saturday! Delivery drivers were also excellent, punctual and courteous despite having to go up 4 flights of stairs! A great place for good deals on appliances. They have graded goods as well so you can get a big discount for a very minor scratch at the side you will never see. The selection is good and they will do a deal for you if asked. I will go again next time I need an appliance.

Prices vary as some of the electrical goods can be second hand or slight damage. Warranty was o ly 12 months on the washing machine I wanted. Decided to go to Curry's brought the exact model brand new which was cheaper with more warranty
