Our oven developed a fault and Domestica sent an engineer out the following day. They identified the fault immediately and ordered a replacement part which arrived the next day. The engineer visited on the same day and installed the new part and all working perfect. Excellent service from start to end and cannot recommend the business enough. First class service.

When I needed a new washing machine, Mark was really helpful, going through different makes to help me decide what was the best for our needs. He then undercut the price I found on- line by £20 and delivered and installed it for free within two days of ordering. It's great to have a local service with someone you can actually talk to. Very impressed.

I have been a customer of Domestica for over 5 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. They provide a prompt professional service with experienced engineers. If possible they mend after costing whether it is viable to repair or replace. They are prompt and do an excellent job as well as being trustworthy.

First class professional and friendly service from these repairers. Dishwasher repair successfully carried out first by experienced technician. Then same man came when our washing machine gave up the ghost. New one bought and installed quickly and old one taken away by another very helpful and friendly man. Finally, when my coffee maker developed a major fault and I thought it was probably dead, they got a new valve and successfully repaired it. We would not hesitate to recommend them highly. Excellent service and reasonable prices. You do not always need to pay for a new one when something goes wrong.

After being quoted £200 to fix my washing machine by some rip-off artist on the web who then said they couldn't call for three days, I contacted Domestica who booked an appointment for the next day. They turned up on time and a new part was fitted and the machine put back in service - parts and labour/call out charges were £80 total. Great service and saved me £120.

I bought a new freezer from Domestica. They matched the price I'd seen from a large well known electrical store.The delivery charge and the charge for taking away my old freezer was slightly cheaper than the big store and they also agreed to pick up my old freezer a few days later after I had finished transfering everything. It is nice to be able to support a small local business and still get a good deal. Excellent service and I would definitely use them again.

Have found Domestica to be friendly, professional and well priced every time - sincerely would recommend to anyone buying or arranging servicing for appliances in both domestic or for buy to let settings (I've used for both). Worth talking to Mark about what you're thinking of getting, for honest information and advice on what features may/may not be worth looking for. You just don't get that from big chain stores and their hordes of sales course trained teenagers.

Brilliant service. My washing machine stopped on Wednesday. Domestica came to see it on Thursday - pronounced it dead. I ordered a new one on Friday morning . Domestica delivered and fitted it in the afternoon. Excellent result all round. Thank you.

These guys had to replace my broken fridge and they called me to see when I could be in to receive the fridge. As it was two days before Christmas and I had to work they would see if they could fit me in. I hadn't expected much and resigned myself to not having a fridge for Christmas. I have also been ill over the last couple of days so I hadn't been as attentive to house-keeping as I should have and the place was looking a bit... student-y... To my embarrassment, the guys had got the key from the landlord (as agreed) and installed the fridge during the day. I can only apologise that the place looked like a disaster zone. Kudos to these guys and their dedication on Christmas Eve. I now have to go and do some laundry and take the bins out. Cheers guys, Merry Christmas.
